Q: What if I’m feeling overwhelmed with all the awesome content in SOUL SCHOOL?
If you consider yourself a busy type but know that this work is critical to your growth—at the very least I recommend committing to watching the Masterclass Video (20-30 min) and completing the workbook (15-30 Min), and jumping on the Live Group Coaching Call at the end of each month (1.5-2 hours). Q: I’m having technical trouble, how do I get support?

Q: How do I download the audios?
On a Mac, you’d control+click to save it to your computer. On a PC, you would right-click to save it to your computer. Keep in mind, that as long as your a member, you’ll always be able to come back here for your content too. Once you’ve downloaded the audios to your computer, you can open iTunes and import the audios into your library if you wish.
Q: How do I cancel or update my billing info?
If you’re on the monthly membership, you can cancel at anytime, by following the steps below.
Refunds will only be made if you have been a member less than 7 days
Step 1: Click Account Profile In the upper right corner of this page
Step 2: Click “Request to Cancel”
Step 3: Click “Ok” to confirm you would like to cancel your membership
Step 4: That’s it! You should see your cancellation being processed. Afterwards, you will receive an email from our customer support to confirm your membership cancellation.
